Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using RouteRooster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What RouteRooster does

RouteRooster is a delivery-driver assistance application that:

  • Reads delivery offer notifications to surface job intelligence (Android only)
  • Displays a route planning overlay during active deliveries (Android only)
  • Provides earnings analytics and job history tracking
  • Enables community signal contributions for delivery zones

RouteRooster does not:

  • Log in to or control your delivery platform accounts
  • Accept, decline, or otherwise interact with delivery jobs on your behalf
  • Automate any action within any other application
  • Guarantee specific earnings or route recommendations

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements. You must hold valid accounts with the delivery platforms you use through RouteRooster and comply with those platforms' terms of service independently. RouteRooster does not manage or guarantee your standing with any delivery platform.

4. Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised account access.
  • One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent entitlement limits.
  • Account information must be accurate — we reserve the right to suspend accounts with false information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use RouteRooster to violate the terms of service of any delivery platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract intellectual property from the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Abuse community signal features by submitting false or misleading data
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
  • Circumvent entitlement gating through fraudulent purchase claims
  • Harass or intimidate other drivers through community features

6. Subscriptions and billing

Free tier

The Free tier is available to all users at no cost and includes:

  • Up to 2 active pooled jobs
  • 7-day analytics history
  • HUD overlay (Android)
  • Core route planning and offer scoring
  • Community feed and shift tracking

Pro tier

The Pro tier is a paid subscription and includes:

  • Up to 8 active pooled jobs
  • 365-day analytics history
  • Advanced analytics and full earnings breakdowns
  • Compliance reports — FWC minimum rate analysis and per-carrier shortfall export as a structured CSV

Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) and are subject to those platforms' billing terms. RouteRooster does not process payment directly. Subscription prices are listed in the relevant app store at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the applicable store policy (Google Play or Apple App Store). Cancelled subscriptions continue at Pro access until the end of the paid period, then downgrade to the Free tier. RouteRooster does not offer direct refunds outside of the store refund processes.

Note: Subscription purchases and refunds are processed entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store. For billing queries, contact the relevant store directly. For entitlement issues after a confirmed purchase, contact support@routerooster.ai.

7. Community signals

Community signal data you submit (insights, hot zones, wait times) may be used to provide aggregated trend information to other nearby drivers. Individual-level raw data is not exposed to other users. By submitting community signals, you grant RouteRooster a non-exclusive right to use that data in aggregated, anonymised form.

You must only submit genuine, good-faith observations from your own delivery activity. Submitting false or malicious signals is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual property

All software, content, and design in RouteRooster are owned by or licensed to the RouteRooster operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app in accordance with these terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

RouteRooster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Accuracy of route recommendations or offer assessments
  • Availability or uptime of the service
  • Fitness for any particular purpose
  • Integration with or compatibility with any delivery platform

Route and offer assessments are informational only. All delivery and driving decisions remain solely yours. RouteRooster does not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of its suggestions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RouteRooster's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

RouteRooster is not liable for lost earnings, missed deliveries, accidents, or any consequences arising from reliance on app-provided route or offer assessments.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of RouteRooster after a change notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of RouteRooster shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
